When you sign up and install Office Online on your office computer, you’ll have access to all your network-based e-mail messages, business and personal contacts, appointments and meetings, and alerts.

E-MAIL

• Read E-mail—Read messages on the go with any GSM/GPRS phone or Web-enabled device (PDA, laptop, or PC).
• Access your sent and deleted folders, as well as your Inbox.
• Use the Delegate feature to have a colleague or assistant provide you with Office Online access while you take your laptop along on your trip, without losing any Office Online functionality.
• Reply, compose, and forward—Create, delete, reply, reply all, and forward e-mail messages. Plus, when using your phone, you can call the sender with the press of a button.
• Online access—Manage your work e-mail, calendar, and contacts with any computer, laptop, or PDA connected to the Internet.
• Multi-account access—Office Online can be set up to provide integrated access to your e-mail (10 mailbox maximum), including POP3 accounts.
• Attachments—Using the Web browser, you can download an attachment included with an e-mail message via a compatible PDA. To open or view the attachment, your device or computer must have the corresponding application installed.
• Notification—Get a text message alert sent to any mobile phone number when important messages arrive. Set your own criteria for what’s urgent.
Message Templates—Create several (10 maximum) short, pre-written Quick Text messages on your phone, then access and use them to reply to incoming mail.

CALENDAR

• Access real-time calendar—View your up-to-date daily or weekly schedule including descriptions, locations, organizer, and attendees.
• Respond to meeting requests—Accept, decline, or tentatively accept a meeting request.
• E-mail or call the meeting organizer—Respond to meeting requests easily by e-mail. Or take advantage of ready access to the meeting organizer’s phone number to make a quick call.
• Choose the date and invite attendees—Your action will immediately be reflected in Microsoft Outlook®, or Lotus Notes® back at the office.

CONTACTS

• Look up contacts—Tap into your address book from Microsoft Outlook® or Lotus Notes®.
• Call Contact look up —Once your have found your contact, just press the ‘call’ button to initiate a voice call.
• Access Global Address List—View your company’s global directory along with phone numbers and e-mail addresses, if available.
• Searching contacts—Contact information is easily searchable, and you can view, create, and edit contacts.

GENERAL

• Delegation—If you’re going on the road and need to take your PC with you, you can have a colleague provide access to your information when your computer is not connected to the network. Your delegate’s computer needs to be on and connected to the network. Then you won’t need to leave your PC running to have access to your e-mail (calendar and contacts are available even if your office PC isn’t on).
• Easy navigation—Simple menus turn your phone, PDA or laptop into a remote control for your office organizer and e-mail application.
